Cancellation Policy

Evolution Massage Care Clinic has a cancellation policy. When you book an appointment with a therapist you are booking that therapist’s time. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider cancelling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, the following policies are honored:

No Shows / Cancellations

In order to accommodate all of our clients we need 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Less than that is inadequate time for us to offer your appointment time to others. If you are unable to keep your appointment we request that you call 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours will be charged the full rate of the service booked and all fees must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled.

Cancellation on same day appointments

Please be aware that when booking an appointment on the same day, it is considered set, and if changed, cancelled or rescheduled at any point after it is made, the client is responsible for paying for the full price of the appointment. All fees must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled.

Late Arrivals

Clients are responsible for the time they reserve for their appointment. If you are late for 10 minutes for your appointment the treatment will still end at the designated time with no change in fee. First-time client intake forms are required to be completed before the treatment commences. Make sure to arrive 10 minutes early to complete your health history form so you will receive your full length of treatment.
